We Provide Free Normal Delivery Service For All of Order More Than $20 , and only $10 Extra payment if you want to update your Free Shipping service as a Express Shipping Service.

For orders under $20:

Normal Delivery + Tracking: 2-7 Business Days Normally

Australian Post Express Post + Tracking: 1-3 Business Days Normally.

About the Estimated Shipping Dates: The estimated shipping dates set by Courier are to be used as a guide to estimate when your item may arrive, these dates are not a guaranteed arrival date as postage times can and will vary. The exactly delivery time is all according to the performance of courier and may be delayed by some special reason like Christmas & New Year hot selling season, courier IT system failure and special weather condition.

Same Day Dispatch: The same day dispatch items will be shipped within same business day (cut-off 12:00pm) by courier with tracking record, upon receiving the cleared funds.Please be aware that we cannot dispatch items on public holidays or weekends;

Discreet Package: Our customers’ order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the detail of product purchased or site name purchased from.

Failure of Delivery: If your item is posted via courier and you are not there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left by the courier for you to respond to and make arrangements for the delivery of your parcel. Any failure of delivery caused by Buyer will be bounced back to us after couple business days, re-delivery charge will be $10 for standard re-delivery or $15 for AU Express

About Shipping Address: Please provide accurate receiving address when you order. If you have changed your address recently, or wish us to ship to a different address, you need to personally message us through our customer service email in our website and provide the order number to us. (We are not able to monitor address changes and other information provided by any other means, such as our email address and PayPal notices and advices.)
