About Paypal

Any orders placed with an eCheck through a PayPal account will take 6-8 business days to be processed. We can only ship the after we receive the payment.

Any PayPal orders with an unconfirmed address or unknown reason pending will not be shipped out until the address has been verified or payment confirmed with PayPal.

Same Day or Next Day Dispatch

All orders that are placed during business days before 12:00pm will be shipped out on the same day. All orders after 12:00pm will be sent out the following business day. There are times where dispatch may be delayed by one day due to special circumstances such as system maintenance, post pick up tracking delays.etc

Due to volume of orders on long weekends, holidays and large sales events there may be a delay in the shipping times. Delivery Times are in charts below for the amount of days your order will be in transit. Delivery times are based on non-rural addresses. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or holidays.

Due to the shipping service was provided by Australia Post, SexyPlay does not make any guarantees for shipping and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped.

About Your Order

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day but due to high volume there can be delays.

We provide free shipping for all orders over $60 (Some Stock Clearance Products are excluded.)

All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box or bubble envelope. There will be no mention of SexyPlay or product detail on the parcel or shipping label.
