To help protect and ensure a satisfying shopping experience for all SexyPlay's customers, please refer to our return policy.
Unopened Product
Our customer can return any unopened product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Opened/Used Product
Due to health & hygiene reasons, we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund on 'change of mind' to any used/opened (worn/tried) purchases. Though we strive to enhance your shopping experience, we will be unable to offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products due to the limitation of personal preferences.
Return/refund conditions:  
  • Contact us within 15 days from the date receive product.
  • Return products to be unopened, unused and sealed.
  • Non-defective returns (i.e. change of mind and etc.) will need to be via registered post with tracking record and paid by buyers.
  • All non-defective returns (for change of mind etc) cost need paid by buyers, must be registered posted with a tracking record.
  • Upon the review of a returned product, SexyPlay will process the refund of the product less shipping costs (even for free shipping order).
  • SexyPlay reserve the right to reject refunds should the product be used, word or opened, and will ship the products back to the buyer.
Faulty/Shipping Damaged Products:
We offer a 30 Days Full Refund or Replacement Warranty. If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. However, should we be unable to replace your product (i.e. out of stock), we will be more than willing to offer you a refund or another product of the same value as a replacement. 
We will reimburse the return postage on any defective or faulty items (i.e. Dead on Arrival) within 30 days of purchase.
Be sure to follow the following tips, before concluding your product is faulty:
  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or moist
  • Make sure you are using an adequate charger
  • Make sure you read the manual clearly
  • Hold controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on/reboot
  • Contact us for technical support
When returning your order, please provide the following details in the parcel:
  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason(s) for returning the product
  • Your instruction(s) informing us how you would like the issue resolved
  • Please ensure the products are cleaned before they are returned

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
